This is what I have set up the old server to say. If you are being directed 
to that server, then some part of your computing environment has a cached 
copy of the old address, and is using it even though it expired 30 hours 
ago. I have no way of telling where in your environment the old address is 
cached or how long it will stay there, but power cycling or rebooting will 
always clear the cache.

If this happens to you some of the time but not all of the time, then the 
problem is absolutely inside your ISP. If this happens to you all of the 
time, then it could be your ISP, your router or NAT box, or your computer 
itself.
