Now, if you spend a minute estimating the number of big glass lenses in sight, multiply by $15K each ( you must include the body), you get an idea of a single market for Big Glass. Well over $2 Million...... well over..<<<< Consider the exposure those big lenses get... the image of those big lenses is transmitted to millions of TVs. C and N provide all sorts of support to those big-lensed photogs so they'll keep using the camera makers' hardware, because the exposure is priceless: Joe Sixpack on his couch watching the games at home on the TV, remote control in one hand and a brew in the other (or vice versa), sees all those white lenses and thinks "These are REAL photographers" and he concludes that real photographers use White Lens cameras. When he goes to Best Buy for a Really Good Camera so he can get awsome pictures of his kid's little league games, what he remembers is that the White Lens brand is the one that made all those awesome Olympics pictures. Multiply Joe Sixpack and his shiny new $1,139.95 digital camera by a few million and you see why C and N fall all over themselves to support pro sports photographers.
