My girlfriend (who earns her living doing on-air graphics for live TV
news every damn' weekday, and whose work requires much mousing) started
having this problem a year or two ago.

Her solution: she moved her computer's mouse to the left side of te
keyboard, and just cold-turkey forced herself to be a mousin' leftie.
That side hadn't had the years of overuse the right had, and presumably
has several more good years in it.

It seems to be working: her right wrist is much better now.
