Correct. And that's what we have work diligently to protect.
Our rights, so far, are being challenged by private property owners,  
paranoid parents, ego centric individuals, and rent-a-cops (probably  
a few others). The law remains in our favor, while power mongers  
attempt to interpret the law(s) to our detriment.
