Post em' here. Greg J. LorenzoCalgary, Canada The proper term is "Non-Leitz Leica Thread-Mount Lenses". Trust me, I wrote the book and it has been known <ah-HEM> to be offered for sale on this List. This is a wild topic, and I have far too many suggestions to suit a single e-Mail. My all-time favorite? probably the 4/300 Kilfitt Pan-Tele-Kilar. Others worthy of mention include the 2/8.5cm CZJ Sonnar T, the 1.5/7.5cm CZJ Biotar T, and, as noted, the 1.5/50 Jupiter-3. I have owned dozens and hundreds of these lenses over the years, and have shot with almost all of them. But the ones I finally kept are the ones which count. And that Pan-Tele-Kilar is a keeper.
