Why did you stop down so much?  Shooting through glass, I would have 
opened up all the way for a shallower depth of field to, hopefully, 
eliminate anything visible on the glass.  The Leica guy at the last 
workshop I went to advised not to shoot at f stops smaller than f/8 
when using digital.
