I agree, Harrison.  I just don't want to be the 
one tossed under the bus.  In real terms, this 
bill is DOA and will get nowhere, is there is no 
strong movement for it.  Photographers and 
authors haven't ever developed much traction with 
Congress and the driving force is moving US law into accord with EU law.
