I believe Solms has not done all that it could to sell potential new Leica
customers on the advantages of the rangefinder in the digital world. The
merits of the M rangefinder focussing method and camera layout remain as
they have been since 1954, but this message has not been conveyed
effectively.

And the M8 sure seems awfully pricey, if its merits aren't properly
explained.
