If the 100 APO is a 3-cam lens, just remove the shroud that covers the 60's
aperture ring. If the lens is 3rd-cam or ROM the inside diameter of the
tube's lens-side flange needs to be milled a tiny bit to accommodate the
lens' R-only flange. To use the modified tube, set the lens' aperture ring
at the minimum aperture and use the aperture ring on the tube instead.

The fully-modified tube is what I call the Universal Extension Tube-R
(UET-R) because it's compatible with the greatest number of lenses and
bodies. It's technically friday so I can mention that I modify and sell the
tubes as the UET-R.
