I second that. Both 28mm (old & new) are superb. The new one is  
supposed to be better at close range, but I haven't tested or  
compared that. I had all the 35mm lenses for R, the 2.8 was the  
sharpest of them. Don't ask me why I kept the Summilux :^) My  
favorite R lens is probably the 80mm Summilux...
