There is something about the IR images that make panchromatic images  
of same or similar subjects feel "less than." The M8 has allowed me  
to dabble in this IR vision as never before. Previously, I'd pick up  
some IR film - play - then forget about for another decade. Lately, I  
feel as though I'm seeing the world in IR. Moreover, many (not all)  
of the IR images I've been working with actually more closely express  
my feelings about the subjects than panchromatic interpretations.  
Maybe just a phase ;~)
