It is certainly a sad situation regarding your M8 and many LUGGERS have 
expressed genuine concern. Unfortunately, sympathy after the fact won't 
bring back the dead (or missing M8s)  Have you considered initiating  a 
letter-writing campaign and asking us (on the LUG) to take part? Post 
all the pertinent  data from your transaction and maybe some here could 
help?

There are hundreds of potential shippers in the group.  Purolator and 
DHL might consider how unhappy they made us all by losing your camera. 
Maybe it won't do any good but is worth the effort? One thing for sure 
and Tina nailed it to the wall. FedEx is the only way to go. Still, that 
is hindsight. Always 20/20 but seldom a problem solver.
