Tina, get Exifer http://www.friedemann-schmidt.com/software/exifer/ or
any of the other tools listed here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exif#Applications_for_Editing_Exif

It's really simple.  I used it to anonymise some M8 photos for a blind
test I did on some unfortunate friends.
