Gene thanks for taking a look and commenting. I think that the film 
exposures are OK. There are a range of conditions there.
Developing, I am fairly confident, but I need a densitometer there, maybe. 
(one roll Neopan 400 one of Delta 100 here).I use an
gentle S curve to add a bit of punch to the fairly flat scans. Sometimes I 
think too, the viewing from within a browser makes the
tones suffer.
I'll try again with a new curve and some proofing in the browser. No idea 
what they look like on everyone else's monitors, of
course. These are adjusted for printing with my hardware.

Nice set of photos, and nice photo shop sales girl.  ;-)  However, I'd say 
about half seem a bit or two over exposed, at least on my
screen.
