We aren't allowed guns here (except sporting shotguns with an almost  
impossible to get licence), but if we were I would not have the  
slightest interest in owning one, and I -love- nicely made mechanical  
things. I have about 40 Leicas, at a guess.
My brother is a keen game shot and owns fabulous hand made 12-bore  
shotguns (Purdey) I can admire the workmanship.
