My money is on the 80mm f 1.4 because it works beautifully wide open & stopped down. It also is a beautiful lens working at 1.4. and used it hundreds of times. I did at one time have the 90 Summicron R but got rid of it for the 80mm as it's a more versatile lens under available darkness and macro photographs with the extender and or macro adapter. Or both at the same time. There are a couple or more 180's. My preference is the 180 3.4 for some of the assignments because it's so incredibly sharp even wide open it blows away anything else. However, it doesn't focus close enough for some situations. So it's necessary to also own the 180 2.8 that I think takes the 1.4 extender? Doug Herr would know which model lens for sure. No comment on the 135 as it never fit into my stable of lenses nor "seeing." ted
