Marty is the schnitzel king of Adelaide. The schnitzels are also done with veal, steak or pork. Top with a thin layer of a tomato-based sauce and cheese, then grill until the cheese melts and becomes golden on top. Miraculous, even if one really ought to fast for the following week. Known locally as schnitzel parmigiana. One of my favourite foods. Possibly the reason I am not as thin as I once was. Marty
