Hoppy, that's a really nice set of photos.  In the one titled "Pub Food"
could you describe what's on the plate?  It looks to me like a rack of ribs
with melted cheese on top.  That's something we don't see here in the US, as
far as I know.  I'm sure it's delicious but it probably ought to come with a
health warning. ;-)
