Today, despite the most robust efforts of postal and customs authorities, my copy of Kyle's book has arrived undamaged, in a package with some Ansel Adams books from Amazons. As far as I can tell Kyle was not converted to using a field camera during the journey, although Ansel was heard to mutter about a D200 something or other. There is a photo of Kyle on the dust-jacket with GASP! a chrome Leica M around his neck! Heck he even looks sane as he does in the YouTube clip. Anyhoo, as has been said here, it is a book of fascinating people photographs and captions. I thoroughly recommend it for all photographers. At the pre-release Amazon price it was less than USD 20. That is an absolute bargain. Cheers Hoppy
