That's the program she uses to print copies of photos. The software crashed my laptop. I got the dreaded blue screen and every time I try to restart the computer so I can remove the software, the blue screen comes up and the computer crashes. How can I remove this software when I can't keep the computer running? I know I can start it with the command prompt but I don't know what I would be looking for to remove. Any ideas anybody? I searched the internet and it seems that this software crashes computers all the time so Kodak has a "clean" script that you can download to remove it and I've copied that on a CD but I can't keep the laptop running long enough to use it. Help! Tina
