I bought my first digital camera in 1998. No doubt if I were still in the news business I'd be carrying one now. I tried to talk an agency I was with into computers in 1985 or 86. I'm certainly not anti-progress but it's obvious the M8 has serious flaws. I only have 6 cameras, not counting my Zero Image Pinhole. One of them is a $10 dollar find from a garage sale. Put its images on line and nobody could tell it's not an M8. BTW, if you ever move closer to civilization you can get your film done same day. Or, as many of us do, soup your own. :-P Walt Sonny Carter wrote: > n May 17, 2007, at 7:09 PM, Walt Johnson wrote: > >> >> > I've an M3 sitting next to me that's at least 55 years old.
