I believe IR filter delivery depends on the size, e.g., the 67mm for the new 
Tri-E is scheduled to 
be released next month.

Speaking of the Tri-E, I ordered mine (30% discount) in January, have yet to 
see it. Have emailed 
Solms a couple of times, and the replies imply that they are swamped with 
orders for that lens, and 
"kindly be patient mit uns." Has anyone received their (discount) Tri-E?
