Subject: [Leica] FS: 280 Televit adapter

I have an NIB Leica adpter to fit the head of the last-model 280mm f/4.8 
Telyt on the Televit.  This part is also known as 14138 but this no on the 
adapter or the box.  Box has a tear across the top.
US$100 plus shipping.
