I just got a new black one two days ago.
But no M8 in there quite yet.
Right now I've got a D200 in there with a 45 2.8 CN (Cosina Nikon) lens on
it.
Some books in there. Lots of maps.
Soon I'll be carrying my IIIF in there.

A pack of 8.5x11 inkjet prints fit in the back slot.
So you can have prints with your gear.

The box of paper that fits I've got is a box for Hahnem?hle FineArt paper
photo rag duo 196 gram 20 sheets. This is a well built box which should
stand up for some time as a "portfolio". Real shiny with Cary Grant on the
front. And some other images kind of classy. Which hopefully don't totally
outclass the shots I'll have in the box.

THE ART OF EXPRESSION SINCE 1584 it says on the box.

I've found a short stack of prints to be an invaluable piece of "gear".

Its like you can take pictures with them better than a spare lens or body.

The bag looks just a little bit like a laptop bag but smaller.
But just enough to make me a bit paranoid on the subway.

All the college kids seem intent on not being obvious about their laptops
not being in an obvious laptop bag.
Here I've got a camera in bag but no lap top.
That could rally annoy a potential mugger.
Might make me go out and buy one why he waits. (girl muggers?)

A lot of these photojournalists though have their darned laptops with them
wherever they go. If I fall into some of that I should get used to it.

But with a laptop in there I'd be for sure shooting with a real small
camera. What I don't know. A LEICA D-LUX 3 maybe.

I have an old blue 803.
But my image can't do blue now. I'm not nautical enough.
I wear a black Trenchcoat.
You can't have a blue camera bag with a black trench coat. They arrest you.
Then mug you. Then arrest you again.
Everything's blue. I cant do blue no more forever.
It's too happy. Too suburban. Too Ralph Loren.

No Polo for this puppy.
