I am not saying that I would use your 
modifications to my basic recipe, but I'd 
appreciate knowing how you changed it.  I am 
always open for new ideas!  (Though, to be 
honest, a Tofu-based Chili rather appalls me, I fear!)

Roanoke City, Virginia, sponsors an annual Chili 
Cook-Off every May.  When I was on the sponsoring 
committee, then the Special Events Committee, our 
esteemed staff managed to print up a bunch of 
badges worded "Chile Cook-Off".  I believe that 
those of us on the Committee snigged them all as 
keep-sakes while the replacements were hurriedly printed.
