Thank you Hoppy, Jim, Jayanand and George for looking and for your comments and critiques. Regarding my week 7 PAW, both Hoppy and George questioned the tree on the left cutting through the building in the distance. At the time, I tried different angles, but was not as satisfied with the results, largely because of the angle of the bench and the direction of the afternoon sunlight. Here again is the original picture. _http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Ira+Silverman/2007+PAW/2007+PAW+7.jpg.html_ (http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Ira+Silverman/2007+PAW/2007+PAW+7.jpg.html) By cropping through the tree, I lost the effect of the "split" building, here. _http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Ira+Silverman/2007+PAW/2007+PAW+7+cropped.jp g.html_ (http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Ira+Silverman/2007+PAW/2007+PAW+7+cropped.jpg.html) George also suggested cropping out the white window and oof seat in my alternate PAW, shown here, _http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Ira+Silverman/2007+PAW/2007+PAW+7A.jpg.html_ (http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Ira+Silverman/2007+PAW/2007+PAW+7A.jpg.html) Here is the cropped version. The results, IMHO are dramatic, and thank you, George, for a valuable lesson learned. _http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Ira+Silverman/2007+PAW/2007+PAW+7A+cropped.j pg.html_ (http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Ira+Silverman/2007+PAW/2007+PAW+7A+cropped.jpg.html) As always, comments and criticisms are welcomed and appreciated.
