I still think the less interference, the better - whether it's infrared or AA!! As Ted says KISS!! I don't want anybody adding anything between what I see and what I photograph, unless it's something that I add myself, i.e. a filter. If I want to add an infrared filter, I can. If I want to avoid moire, I can. By adding filters. If I don't want any of that, I can start with an unfiltered photo and do whatever I want to with it. I, personally, would prefer not using filters of any kind. I want the most basic, sharpest file I can get and anything after that, I can work on if I want to. I want a basic starting point. It seems to me that is what Leica was aiming for with the M8. A basic, true, digital photo - beyond that you can do whatever you want. Tina Tina Manley, ASMP, NPPA http://www.tinamanley.com
