First, here is a quiet moment in the marshland. _http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Ira+Silverman/2007+PAW/2007+PAW+5.jpg.html_ (http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Ira+Silverman/2007+PAW/2007+PAW+5.jpg.html) (M4, 90mm Tele-Elmarit (FAT version), Orange filter, Tri-X) Just after I took that picture, two tree swallows began to entertain me. They?d swoop down about 8 feet ahead, fly past me 2-3 feet from my face, then climb and do it again. Very playful and not at all threatening. After what seemed like about 5 minutes, they flew off. This PAW alternate was taken with a 17-40 f/4.0L lens on a Canon 30D and gives an idea how close they were. _http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Ira+Silverman/2007+PAW/2007+PAW+5A.jpg.html_ (http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Ira+Silverman/2007+PAW/2007+PAW+5A.jpg.html) As always, comments welcomed and appreciated Best regards, Ira Silverman Irvine, California
