I like the idea of your project, as well as your first subject.  Nicely
done.

In Firefox, there's a huge white space under the photo that detracts.  I
looked at it in IE, and there's a large white border underneath.  The
alternate looks fine in terms of how it's displayed.  Something is going on
with the main pic, though.
