[Leica] binoculars - looking for assistance

No.  Eye relief is the distance from the last 
lens of the ocular to the focal point, while the 
exit pupil involves the size of the cone of light 
coming from the binocular.  Most binoculars made 
since 1955 have collapsible eyecups to 
accommodate eyeglass wearers though I take my 
glasses off when looking through a pair of 
binoculars or a telescope.  The collapsible 
eyecups on the later Zeiss and Leica binoculars 
and spotting scopes do work, though.
