No copyright issue probably. Afair, Quark has consciously not used the same 
shortcuts as Adobe's quasi-standards. Kind of mix of proudness and marketing 
strategy. One of the reasons why I always hated it. Damn what was I yelling 
because the space bar wasn't the move tool as usual. Their market share 
shrinked exponentially since InDesign came up.
