The temptation was too much for my son and some of his friends. They graciously tolerated the old fart who tagged along with the camera. The Falls of the Neuse is a popular park and play spot for kayakers and there were about twenty there when we arrived. The photo I picked for this week is of one of my son's friends surfing the largest wave about 40 feet from the bank.
