Jim,

I should like to chime in: Blurb doesn't allow me to register with my 
address here in Baghdad as a shipping address - contrary to other US shops 
for instance B&H Photo. It is a rather simple APO AE address with a US Zip 
code but Blurb's standard procedures cannot cope with it.

Please add this to your list of problems. ;-0
