I believe the LUGger who wrote in lower case who passed away in the 1990s
was Mark Steinberg.  Can anyone confirm?  He was a rather prolific poster
and his posts stop shortly after the Palo Alto LUG meeting, which fits my
memory of his death.  I haven't found anything in the archives though.
