I think we are lucky they are even in the digital game, refining some aspects etc. I do think they have had an influence on Panasonic, with more photographically friendly dials and knobs. Not throwing away all tradition can be useful as well. My disappointment is that Olypus has not come out with a high end replacement for the E1. Makes me worried that they are becoming marginal. Lets hope not, as their DSLR's are very well thought out. Cheers
