Subject: [Leica] 50mm rigid Summicron

I just unscrewed the optical unit of my rigid v.2 Summicron and could see
numbers hand-engraved inside the mount.  One was the number 53 and the other
was 16+.  I think 53 refers to the focal length.  The same is true of my LTM
90mm Elmar which is inscribed in pencil with the figures 916 (91.6?) and
0130.  Anyone know more about this?
