Luis, I also have a Rollei 35SE. For a while I felt that the lens wasn't great but I finally realized that I had trouble holding the camera steady because of the unfamiliar ergonomics. Guessing the focus can also be a problem in low light with slow film (you were using TMX100). I eventually learned to hold the camera a different way and my pictures now look fine.
