I can certainly appreciate the difficulty in getting the eyes in focus. You make it look so easy. :-) daveR -----Original Message----- From: Jeffery Smith [mailto:jsmith342@cox.net] Sent: Friday, October 13, 2006 9:19 PM To: 'Leica Users Group'; seephoto@micapeak.com; paw@micapeak.com; MUGers@yahoogroups.com Subject: [Leica] Jeffery PAW 35 - Warning - Therapy Dogs These two ladies may not look like working dogs, at least not the traditional sense. But both are working dogs, and without a salary. Emma and Heidi are therapy dogs, which took about 2 years of training. They are taken to hospitals and old folks homes to cheer up the patients. Their training? Not to bark, bite, jump, lick (Emma is not too good on that one) or otherwise intimidate or surprise the patient. They were in the office of our resident radiation therapy professor, so I stuck them on a chair and snapped their picture. http://www.400tx.com/2006-35.html Getting two pairs of bulging eyes in focus at f/1.5 is not easy. They look more patient here than they were...they wanted to get in my lap (like they were trained to do). Jeffery Smith New Orleans, LA http://www.400tx.com http://400tx.blogspot.com/
