I do believe that George is referring to cameras such as Hasselblads that have digital backs attached. The sensors in those backs are bigger than the "APS-C" size as fitted to DSLRs based on 35mm type bodies. I don't "know" the software, but it has the reputation among the medium and large format crowd as the best raw processing available. I did look at a "trial" version a year or two ago and it indeed did appear to be as good as they claimed. I just couldn't justify the cost when I've already got three RAW processing programs running and working OK.
