Nothing.  They get cleaned by Leica when I return but they've never 
shown any permanent damage.  On the same trip to Honduras after 
Hurricane Mitch, my Noctilux fell off of my M6 into the deep 
mud.  The screws had evidently vibrated loose on a violent jeep 
ride.  We found all of the screws by scooping up mud and rubbing it 
through our hands. I washed everything and put it back together and 
continued to use it.
