In this case the main problem is that the namesecure name servers are not working properly: *----------------------------------------------------------------------* % dig a www.tinamanley.com @dns1.namesecure.com ; <<>> DiG 9.3.1 <<>> a www.tinamanley.com @dns1.namesecure.com ; (1 server found) ;; global options: printcmd ;; Got answer: ;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: SERVFAIL, id: 51665 ;; flags: qr rd ra; QUERY: 1, ANSWER: 0, AUTHORITY: 0, ADDITIONAL: 0 ;; QUESTION SECTION: ;www.tinamanley.com. However, if I fake my PC into thinking that the address for www.tinamanley.com is the same as that of main.nc.us (209.192.109.251) it does not get redirected properly to your site, so you may need to talk to them also. First things first, though. Without DNS working, tinamanley.com does not exist.
