It's one of those "make old guys look older!" :-) Not that you don't look too bad from a slim side, but the aging thing? OLDER? Holy suffering Mother of Whomever lad, you've got to do something about that!;-) Like an hour power walk every morning rain or shine for openers. Then get serious after the easy stuff at least a couple dozen sit-ups, well Ok work it up to a hundred times 2 each morning. Plus some other easy going stuff. And in six months you'll look great or a hell of a fine corpse in a coffin! :-) Never mind, all in fun. :-) Here's what to do as it works for some folks determined to feel better and look better! Cut back in the amount of food intake, better to leave the table all the time still feeling "slightly hungry!" That's number one rule! We, all western world people, eat far more food than we require to live! True! Physical exercise? This doesn't mean spending tons of money in a rec center work out every other morning, just do a good fast walk about in your local neighbourhood. Create some different routes and change them every other morning. Stops boredom! Actually you can ease the effort by throwing a Leica on yer shoulder.... "just in case!" But you're not there to take pictures! You are there to make yourself feel better that eventually gives you much greater energy to .... "go out and take pictures enjoying your hobby or profession a thousand fold more! :-) Every body wins on this one... YOU... have more energy to spend taking better pictures. YOU... enjoy the accolades from your pictures. KISS and don't over do it... but for heaven sake.... DO IT! There you go Jimbo nothing to it and no charge for the advice! ;-) Actually in my 78th year you are most welcome to join me any morning you happen along in this neck of Canada! There you go eh? ;-) See you at 6 a.m.:-) ted
