Ok - the current iteration of 'The Rules'

1) One submission per LUG member per contest*
2) Photos are submitted to common website and kept anonymous until contest
concludes.
3) One member, one vote
4) Winner of contest picks theme for next contest vs. LUG community picks
theme
5) A prize to the winner (currently a photo mug)
6) We all chip in some some amount to a LUG photo contest paypal account to
pay for prize.
7) Any Photo gear/format with any film/chip*
8) No spill blood

*Theme for contest may modify number of submissions needed and can modify
photo gear used. (e.g. B&W wide-angle portraiture)
