I have seen many auction items listed by US sellers who did not sell outside the lower 48 states, that had reached significantly lower bids than if they would have been offered worldwide. To stay on topic, there were many Leica items amongst. I think it is worth to wait 15 minutes at the post office for a price difference of $200 but that's up to each seller. OTOH I have asked such sellers many times if they would make an exception and sell to Switzerland, too, and in most cases they agreed without problems. One seller wrote me that this transaction was so easy he'll list his items worldwide in the future.
