Anybody else get the impression he is just ordering them a'la carte?   
No mention of them on the Leica site.  Maybe he gets a discount for  
so many at a time, or orders them only as they are sold.  Purchasers  
should get a free seminar invitation, or perhaps a free body with  
seminar, depending on how much he charges!

How about a Ted 'n Tina a'la carte special?  Maybe a Dr. Black Tape  
Special.  Maybe a Kyle  fishnet stocking covering with a nose ring on  
top??
