Douglas, You never want to be outflanked and attacked from two directions at once (a notable exception being Julius Caesar in Gaul). But Waterloo's ultimate result was achieved along the road to Moscow in 1812 and at The Battle of Nations in 1814. The Spainish Ulcer also played a small row. Regards, Greg
