I contacted Greg Weber, "Mr Konica", and his unfortunate reply - 

"I'm sorry I can't help you I was going to receive all of the Konica Heaxar 
RF parts after there shut down but through some problems on there end it all 
went in the dumpster :(   So at this point I don't know where you can go to 
find the item." 

So the hunt continues.
