There is also a certain glamour and kudos associated with what we do. I have photographed everybody from royalty and rock stars to drunks on the streets (as I know many of you have) and I have flown to many parts of the world (as again I know many of you have) all on the strength of photography. The result is that everybody who is unsure of his/her direction in life, but who owns a camera, thinks they can become a photographer. As with all markets over supply with reduced demand leads to reduced prices and terms of contract.
