Frank Filippone red735i@earthlink.net On a digital M, the Noctilust will be apx a 75 mm lens. But as Jeffery, said, it will have the same depth of field it has on the M - where it is a 50. So it will be a "75" with the dept of field of a 50. So, No, the depth of field will not be greater than it will be on the M, but it will be greater than you'd expect for a 75 f 1. Of course since the depth of field of the Noctilux wide open is about the same as the diameter of a gnat's pubic hair, the discussion is moot. :-)
