Interesting that I have returned to this thread; wonder if it has inner 
meaning?           ;-)

Post-WWII there was a mythical Irish saloon in Hell's Kitchen in NYC in the 
west 40's between 8th and 9th Avenues. In the gent's lavatory the two 
urinals were attached to a wall which was covered with thousands of tiny 
white mosaic tiles. In gaelic letters formed by tiny black tiles the 
following legend was inscribed over one unrinal:

"Employees are required to wash their hands before returning to work"

Over the other:

"Customers are requested to adjust their trousers before returning to the 
bar"
